Shri R N Agarwal, a B.E. (Elect), M.B.A. (U.S.A.) has experience in Production and Corporate affairs for more than 19 years.  Under his leadership the quality of the groups products have vastly improved resulting in it being sold as a premium item.

Shri. Raunak Agarwal, who has completed his BBA (Kingston University U.K.), is acting as the Wholetime Director and looks after the day to day affairs of the Company. He is further getting groomed to shoulder new responsibilities.

Shri S N Chaturvedi is a practicing Chartered Accountant with experience of more than 22 years in matters relating to Corporate Finance has been inducted on Board as a Professional Director.

Shri P Kumar, M.A., C.A.I.I.B also a Management Consultant with 46 years of rich experience in Corporate Laws, Institutional Finance and has also been inducted on Board as a Professional Director.

Shri. C R Radhakrishnan, M. Com., C.A.I.I.B with Banking and Financial expertise having experience morethan 36 years has been inducted on Board as an independent Director.
