Mrs. Reena Agarwal

Mrs. Reena Agarwal belongs to the Agarwal family and is an Executive Director of N R Agarwal Industries Ltd. She is a Graduate in Commerce and has over 17 years of experience in Human Resource Management & Administrative functions.

Mr. Rohan Agarwal

Rohan Agrawal is a valued member of the Agarwal Family, with a notable degree in Business Administration from Kingston University, London. In his role as promoter director, Rohan effectively oversees crucial aspects of the Company's operations, including strategic purchasing, project management, and IT operations. Mr. P K Mundra

Mr. P K Mundra holds both a degree in Company Secretariatship and an MBA. Serving as the Executive Director & CFO of N R Agarwal Industries Ltd., he possesses an impressive career that spans over 41 years. Mr. Mundra's versatile experience encompasses various domains including finance, labor relations, legal compliance, secretarial duties, income tax management, structural products, insurance, costing, accounts, and purchasing, among other functions. His broad skillset and comprehensive understanding of these areas contribute significantly to his multifaceted role within the company.

Mr. Rajiv Kumar Bakshi

Mr. Rajiv Kumar Bakshi, a post graduate in Science is a professional banker with over 37 years of rich experience in diverse fields of banking including Branch management, Credit, Business Planning & Development, Treasury, International Banking and Business Process Re-engineering, etc both in India as well as abroad. Mr. Bakshi has held the coveted post of an Executive Director of Bank of Baroda from 2008 till his retirement in 2012. He has also been associated with Bank of India & IDBI, heading their various overseas operations.Presently Mr. Bakshi is a Member of Reserve Bank of India Services Board for the last 4 years. He also works as Senior Adviser to Centrum Capital Ltd, a Mumbai based listed full service NBFC. He is also on the Boards of a few companies as Independent Director.

Mrs. Sunita Nair

Mrs. Sunita Ajay Nair is a practicing lawyer registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa. She is a Graduate from Mumbai University in Commerce faculty. Thereafter, she pursued and completed her Post Graduation Diploma in Marketing and Administration (PGDM) and Diploma in Exports.

She successfully completed her Bachelors in Education from Mumbai University and worked as an accomplished Teacher in an ICSE School. She is an astute lawyer with expertise in diverse fields of laws more particularly of Property law, Trade and Commercial Laws, Employment Law and Laws for Protection of Women and Children rights.

Mr. K L Chandak

Mr. K L Chandak has rich corporate experience of 45 years as service in paper industry and was previously associated with West Coast Paper Mills Ltd a leading integrated pulp & paper mill as an Executive Director for 17 years. He has versatile experience and expertise in all areas of company management including Finance and Accounts. He was instrumental in turning around of West Coast Paper mills limited. He is also an Independent Director in Shree Rama Newsprint Limited.

Mr. Sanjay Sinha

Mr. Sanjay Sinha finance professional with a rich experience of over 4 decades in areas such as corporate finance, portfolio management, strategic planning to name a few. He is also actively involved in various regulatory and government committees contributing towards overall market development and policy matters. In his previous tenure, he was MD & CEO of Axis Trustee Services Limited. He was also part of various prestigious institutions such as Axis Bank and State Bank of India.

Mr. Neeraj Golas

Mr. Neeraj Golas has experience of over 30 years in audits and advisory of large corporate like HPCL, Air India , MSRDC and many others, central statutory audits of Nationalised Banks, head a team of more than 75 employees and 10 CAs, well versed in the emerging environment in Financial Field.
